Founded in 2000 by Brian and Heather Bahr, Challenger Homes has grown into one of Colorado Spring’s premier and best-selling home builders through commitment to core values and lots of hard work.

Started out of a garage and now one of the top five builders in town, Challenger Homes has maintained a consistent commitment to one central idea: making life better.

Now, in 2011, a growing staff and the best trade partners’ team in town are making life better by offering homes in dozens of different designs in twelve unique neighborhoods across Colorado Springs.
